Arm Strength - Weight Lifting for Pitchers, Tuesday and Thursday at 2:00 to 2:30 from Dec 1st to Dec 17th ($150)

This is a very high end increased arm strength program that is done by professional pitchers to increase their velocity by using the Driveline Ballistics training program with jaeger stretch bands, Plyo-care balls, and a weighted ball routine to build arm strength so you can throw a baseball harder.
